Entegris is seeking to improve supplier performance related to quality, yield, on-time delivery, and cost reduction projects.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct base statics or be trained to use statical software.
- Should include Word, Excel, and ability to learn Camline data collection software for data analysis and charting.
- Knowledge or experience in reading blueprints and measuring parts
- Chemical Lab experience
- Ability to work in an office environment with some work required in ISO class 5 and 7 clean room.
Responsibilities
- Complete Quality Work Request forms that coordinate CMM and Optiv dimensional measurements, visual inspections, Rho Point gloss and haze measurement, Reflectivity, Ra (average surface roughness), and various testing through the quality department.
- Download data from Camline and report process capability data, conduct bias study(s) between the supplier and Entegris measurements.
- Review gage R&R analysis from the suppliers and FAIR analysis from supplier.
- Generate reports and charts from Camline, Minitab, and Excel.
- Compare supplier process capability for dimensions to POR process using Equivalence testing, T Tests, Cp and Cpk, and bias analysis utilizing Minitab and Camline.
- Learn to use Keyence surface analysis equipment including the VKX, and VR machines.
- Submit and coordinate supplier corrective action reports with suppliers using 8D format.

- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
- Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
