The company is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to be the engineering heart of their product, rapidly prototyping, building, and launching the core platform. This role will involve making critical technical and product decisions to shape the product.
Requirements
- +3 years of proven experience as a full-stack developer (Python backend + React frontend).
- Strong hands-on experience with Fast API.
- Proficiency in React (hooks, context, state management, REST/GraphQL consumption).
- Experience with Ionic or similar frameworks for mobile responsiveness.
- Experience with Microservices.
- Familiarity with Replit or other collaborative prototyping AI platforms.
- Understanding of API integrations.
- Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services in Python/FastAPI with a focus on security, scalability, and clean APIs.
- Build responsive React frontends (with Ionic integration) to deliver a smooth experience across desktop and mobile.
- Integrate external APIs (e.g., payments, FX rates, authentication, contractor data).
- Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product management to rapidly prototype features and iterate based on feedback.
- Work closely with the team to deliver value in short iterations.
