Citi's End User Computing (EUC) Governance needs strategic oversight and management to ensure an enterprise control environment, including transformation, governance, policies, tools, technology, quality assurance, and training.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in multiple technology disciplines with extensive experience in business, functional and people management.
- Budget management, Risk & Control management, influencing skills

- End User Computing Transformation
- End User Computing & End User Solutions governance and policies
- End User Computing tools and technology management
- End User Computing Quality Assurance and Traning
- Define and Execute comprehensive EUC control framework and transformation roadmap for Citi globally
- Establish EUC governance frameworks for enterprise and businesses & functions
- Senior leadership of EUC governance programs, principles, policy, practices and standards including industry best practices.

- Full management responsibility of multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning.
- Excellent communication skills required in order to influence a wide range of audiences.
- The job is likely to be involved in both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the area managed,and possibly on other related areas and organization as a whole.
- Develops medium- to long-term plans and executes functional strategies for a large/complex country, cluster of countries, or business requiring coordination and integration across units.
- Has authority to negotiate and make independent decisions on issues/activities that have critical impact or influence on company revenues, capital or business operations.
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
