Onebridge, a Marlabs Company, is looking to improve outcomes for the people they serve through data and technology by hiring an MDM Data Engineer to establish data management best practices and deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions across diverse clients and industries.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience designing, developing, and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, with strong expertise in Reference Data Management, Data Governance, and Analytics.
  • Proven ability to support and maintain complex MDM architectures by understanding business processes, data entities, and ensuring system integrity.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated capability to design, troubleshoot, and lead the implementation of MDM platforms and their components.
  • Deep understanding of bi-directional MDM flows and their critical role in effective enterprise Data Management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer end-to-end MDM solutions, including integration patterns with operational and analytical systems, workflows, policies, support, and reporting to maintain a robust enterprise MDM capability.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain approved data models to support seamless enterprise data integration.
  • Establish, enforce, and continuously improve MDM standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Design and implement Master Data Management technology solutions that meet client needs, including automation and orchestration of enterprise Master and Reference Data processes.
  • Utilize data quality tools to profile, cleanse, standardize, and enrich master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Analyze business problems and opportunities using data-driven insights and stakeholder input to evaluate alternatives and recommend effective solutions.
