Digital Realty is seeking a Program Leader for Master Data Management (MDM) to spearhead the design, delivery, and adoption of enterprise master data capabilities. This leader will contribute to the definition and implementation of end-to-end MDM strategy and execution, working across business domains to identify critical master data needs, define the roadmap, and ensure scalable implementation of processes, tools, and governance structures.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Profisee or other enterprise MDM platforms.
- Deep expertise in canonical data model definition and management across multiple domains.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and their application to master data.
- Familiarity with data architecture and integration patterns (APIs, data hubs, cloud-native approaches).
- Strong technical grounding in data models, data quality tooling, and BI/analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to help, define and lead enterprise MDM program standup, including strategy, roadmap, and phased delivery roadmap.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to identify master data domains (e.g., customer, contracts, inventory) and prioritize implementation.
- Lead the definition and maintenance of canonical data models that normalize and standardize data across systems.
- Drive the adoption, configuration, and implementation of the Profisee Master Data Management toolset, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Establish and operationalize data stewardship roles and processes, embedding accountability within business domains.
- Develop policies, standards, and workflows for data quality monitoring, issue management, and remediation.
- Collaborate with enterprise data governance, architecture, and analytics teams to ensure MDM integrates seamlessly into the broader data ecosystem.

- 12+ years in enterprise data management, with at least 5 years leading MDM programs or large-scale data initiatives.
- Proven success leading cross-functional programs in complex, global organizations.
- Strong vendor and partner management skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to influence at executive and operational levels.
- Program management certification (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent).
