Piper Companies is seeking a MEAN Stack Software Developer to focus on the development, maintenance, and testing of microservices built on the MEAN stack for a premier software, research, and consulting firm specializing in industrial-organizational psychology.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience designing and developing web-based solutions.
- Strong experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
- Proficiency in developing RESTful web services.
- Preferred experience with microservice-based architecture and building secure systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, test, and document high-quality software solutions.
- Solve complex technical challenges and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Develop software components, specifications, and design documentation.
- Maintain and manage corporate software libraries.
- Diagnose and resolve software defects in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application design and usage.
- Provide technical mentoring and guidance to peers.
