The Measurement Insights & Analytics team is looking to improve the performance of advertisers on Uber and help achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proficiency using SQL
- Proficiency using Python or similar analytics program
- Intermediate to advanced skills in data analysis (e.g. MS Excel / Google Sheets / Python)
- Advanced data querying (e.g. SQL)
- Leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio, Tableau)
- Experience with online advertising, targeting and measurement systems and methodologies (ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, etc.)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate test design and implementation and statistical concepts
Responsibilities
- Manage post campaign reporting and insights for all advertisers across assigned book of business
- Deliver regular and bespoke analyses and insights for some of the world's largest advertisers to drive growth across advertiser KPIs
- Exhibit deep analytical ability, and develop great expertise in Uber's proprietary metrics
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations
- Communicate insights in a clear and compelling fashion
Other
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, operational research or similar quantitative field
- 2.5+ years' experience in data analytics, data science, measurement and insights, advertising, AdTech, consulting or similar industries
- Advocate for country and regional needs - Establish deep understanding of the local needs and nuances by partnering with local Account Executives, Account Managers and Merchant Operations teams
- Participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp
