The YouTube Measurement Partner Engineering and Operations team needs to ensure YouTube's accurate and fair presentation to the public and support critical business decisions within the YouTube Partner Engineering organization by developing and maintaining production grade data pipelines, data warehouse, and data visualization tools.
Requirements
- 3 years of coding experience in SQL and Python.
- 3 years of experience working with data infrastructure and data models by performing exploratory queries and scripts.
- 3 years of experience designing data pipelines, and dimensional data modeling for synch and asynch system integration and implementation using internal (e.g., Flume, etc.) and external stacks (DataFlow, Spark, etc.).
- 3 years of experience with statistical methodology and data consumption tools such as business intelligence tools, collaborations, jupyter notebooks, Tableau, Power BI, DataStudio, and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with Machine Learning for production workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth data engineering and investigative support for external audience measurement partners.
- Support internal partners with data engineering initiatives, offering analysis and modeling capabilities.
- Implement data pipelines and other data solutions using Python/SQL to maintain and improve internal data infrastructure, supporting third-party claims and data validation.
- Convey investigative findings through verbal and written communications and data visualization for cross-functional and leadership audiences.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the timely launch of critical new metrics on third-party platforms.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience partnering with stakeholders (e.g., users, partners, customer), and managing stakeholders/customers.
- 3 years of experience developing project plans and delivering projects on time within budget and scope.
