Arconic is looking for Mechanical Engineering Interns to join their Rolled Products North America division in Davenport, IA. The role involves supporting engineering groups, conducting research, and gaining hands-on experience with electrical systems, ultimately contributing to project findings and solutions.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering.
- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Authorizations from the relevant government agency may be required to meet export control compliance requirements.
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior work experience
Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist Engineering groups throughout the Plant.
- Researches and completes projects as assigned.
- Experience hands-on learning through real-world electrical systems.
- Develop a mid-summer presentation to include project findings and solutions to teams across the organization.
