Arconic is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern to support current projects and initiatives, contributing to real-world business challenges and gaining practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
- 3.0 GPA and above
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Support Mechanical Engineers with current projects and initiatives
- Attend all meetings with Mechanical Engineers and Mechanical Engineering mentor
- Participate in designated projects as well as day to day aspects of mechanical work at the Lancaster, PA facility
Other
- Full-Time with a minimum 12-week assignment for the upcoming summer from mid-May to mid-August
- Must be involved in at least 1 extracurricular activity (school club, part-time employment, etc.)
- Prior work experience or previous internship
- Previous successful experience as an active member of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
