- In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program
- 3.0 GPA
- Must be at least a rising Junior
- Self-driven time management and organizational skills
- Desire to pursue an Engineer Intern (EI) certification
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
