Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is looking to develop the engineering skillset of Mechanical Engineering Interns to support project teams on industrial and manufacturing facility projects
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate Mechanical Engineering program
- AutoCAD experience preferred
- Prior internship and/or related experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Developing 3D design models
- Performing discipline calculations
- Creating specifications
- Sketches
- Drawings
- Collaborating with various disciplines including Electrical, Architectural, Civil, and Geotechnical
- Applying knowledge from college courses to real-world challenges
Other
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program
- Local candidates preferred
- Ability to collaborate with teams across functional groups and locations
- Ability to participate in workshops to foster interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a mentor in your discipline
