PAR Systems is growing its Automation business and is seeking an Engineering Manager to manage the workflow of engineering in automated assembly and advanced manufacturing for aerospace and medical device industries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years engineering experience in a comparable business (leadership experience a plus)
- Strong background in Mechanical Design (automation or machine design experience a plus)
- Experience working within an engineering-driven and project-based organization. (project management experience a plus)
Responsibilities
- Set technical requirements and direction for new and existing first-of-a-kind solutions alongside our Chief Engineers, sales, and estimating teams.
- Assign resources to produce robust mechanical system designs with supporting aggressive project schedules.
- Review and provide critical feedback to help ensure project success.
