Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience in mechanical engineering with leadership responsibilities
- Proven ability to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver results
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and MS Office, comfortable with hand and power tools
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure product line success and team growth
- Manage the full lifecycle of new product development from concept to market release
- Apply technical expertise to integrate innovative features, resolve production challenges, and uphold quality standards
- Drive process improvements, cost reduction efforts, and ROI analysis for product and tooling initiatives
- Collaborate across sales, operations, marketing, and quality to align on goals and deliver customer focused solutions
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization
