WRS Health is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help lead their sales team, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional client experiences within the healthcare technology sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HubSpot, specifically in setting up sales workflows
- Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
- Knowledge of using social media platforms for customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making
Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee end to end sales process to position WRS Health capabilities using a consultative/solution selling approach
- Develop innovative strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion, utilizing insights from HubSpot CRM data and customer feedback.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data in HubSpot to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track sales-related discussions and next steps with prospective customers
- Maintain accurate data entry and track all sales activities within HubSpot CRM.
- Assist with the setup and optimization of automated workflows within HubSpot.
- Oversee the development and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates on sales opportunities and activities

- With minimum of 5 years selling experience in IT preferably handling software or SaaS solutions
- Excellent track record in selling Software / SaaS solutions, preferably in Healthcare industry
- Proven track record to meet and/or exceed business targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving results through collaboration and motivation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate at all levels.
