WRS Health is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to help lead their sales team, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional client experiences within the healthcare technology sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HubSpot, specifically in setting up sales workflows
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling in a B2B, SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of using social media platforms for customer acquisition
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making

Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee end to end sales process to position WRS Health capabilities using a consultative/solution selling approach
  • Develop innovative strategies to improve customer experience and lead conversion, utilizing insights from HubSpot CRM data and customer feedback.
  • Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyze sales data in HubSpot to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track sales-related discussions and next steps with prospective customers
  • Maintain accurate data entry and track all sales activities within HubSpot CRM.
  • Assist with the setup and optimization of automated workflows within HubSpot.
  • Oversee the development and management of a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates on sales opportunities and activities

  • With minimum of 5 years selling experience in IT preferably handling software or SaaS solutions
  • Excellent track record in selling Software / SaaS solutions, preferably in Healthcare industry
  • Proven track record to meet and/or exceed business targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving results through collaboration and motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate at all levels.

  • Hours: Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
