This role specifically seeks to modernize how healthcare providers deliver patient care by introducing software that improves workflows, patient outcomes, and provider satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Become proficient with using the CRM Salesforce Automation tools for contact management, opportunity tracking, sales pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting;
  • 0-2 years of successful tele-sales experience selling technology products or services, calling on business influencers and meeting monthly performance objectives;
  • 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint;
  • Experience working with sales force automation and contact management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle—from discovery and product demos to closing.
  • Become a trusted consultant who understands provider challenges and connects them to meaningful tech solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings based on real customer needs.
  • Use CustomerCentric™ sales techniques, process, and pipeline milestones to manage sales process with prospects and customers;
  • Initiate outbound prospecting, qualifying, and contact verification for INOVALON services utilizing the CustomerCentric™ sales techniques;
  • Work in a team environment driving, all prospecting, qualification, sales activities and sales targets in a defined geography or territory;
  • Utilize issue-based prospecting and sales techniques to uncover customer/prospect needs and correspondingly the value of the business problem we are attempting to solve;

Other

  • At least one year of proven success in B2B or SaaS sales (healthcare experience a plus, but not required).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—especially over virtual demos.
  • A self-starter mentality with the discipline to work independently in a hybrid environment.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine desire to help healthcare professionals do their best work.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering a seamless customer experience.
