VillageCare is looking for a Medicare Product Specialist to manage projects supporting the development and implementation of their Medicare products, ensuring customer-centric solutions and compliance with CMS regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Medicare product management
- Strong understanding of the managed care field preferably Medicare Advantage plans a plus
- Experience in healthcare business consulting
- Strong analytical abilities for market analysis and competitive landscape evaluation
- Familiarity with relevant software tools will further support your effectiveness in tracking performance metrics and supporting vendor relationships
Responsibilities
- Oversee the annual CMS bid submission process
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Actuary, Pharmacy, Finance, and Delegated Vendor teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Enhancing our organizational understanding of Medicare products by partnering with training and communication teams
- Lead special projects based on enrollment trends and opportunities
- Supporting the ongoing evaluation of our Medicare Advantage product portfolio
- Assess new product ideas and gather market data to support business case development
- Ensure compliance with CMS regulations
