The Macrohard / Software generation team aims to develop LLM agents that can create software that are customized to user needs, towards the goal of Macrohard – an autonomous AI software company.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of reinforcement learning techniques.
- Experience in building infra for large-scale reinforcement learning and LLM training.
Responsibilities
- Develop realistic agent environments and evaluation methods.
- Design RL algorithms for agent to learn by interacting w/ realistic environments.
- Collect and curate human and synthetic data to improve the capability and behavior of agent systems.
Other
- All engineers are expected to have strong communication skills.
- They should be able to concisely and accurately share knowledge with their teammates.
- Candidates are expected to be located near Palo Alto or open to relocation.
- Our team usually works from the office 5 days a week but allow work-from-home days when required.
