Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced analytical and modeling skills
- Knowledge of the travel, loyalty or membership or startup industry (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research on best practices in the membership, travel and loyalty programs
- Analyzing the performance and financial success of past products
- Propose new product concepts supported by detailed financial models at the unit economics level
- Identify future product opportunities by analyzing past performance and assessing strategic market trends
- Optimize product models by leveraging data analysis, including economic performance and customer response metrics
- Monitor and analyze key factors impacting profitability, growth, profitability, and overall organizational risk

- Under the direction of the SVP of Global Product Vision, Design & Planning, the Membership Product Designer is responsible for leading the development of innovative membership products.
- Collaborating with business development and account management to align partner needs
- Work closely with the Product Development team to understand current and future technical system capabilities
- Partner with Business Development and Account Management to design consumer product configurations that align with margin targets, profitability goals, and customer value objectives
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product Fulfillment teams to ensure product strategies reflect the needs of the business, partners and consumers throughout implementation
- Contribute to the establishment of long-term strategic goals and objectives for ONE
- Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for results
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams with ONE’s leadership team
- Support and contribute to special projects and initiatives as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Product Design, Product Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2-5 years of experience in product design or product management
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
