PHOENIX Retail, LLC is looking to solve the problem of developing and designing seasonal lines for their Express brand through their Men's Design Summer Internship position.
Requirements
- Adobe Illustrator skills
- Ability to create technical sketches and illustrations
- Knowledge of design research and trend selection
- Ability to develop concept boards
- Ability to organize samples
- Proficiency in design software
Responsibilities
- Work alongside various Design teams as they build the seasonal line
- View and select trends applicable to Express menswear through competitive research
- Participate in design research including sourcing of images, fabrics, trims, prints, colors, and linings
- Develop concept boards for presentation meetings
- Create technical sketches and illustrations for seasonal presentations both by hand and on Adobe Illustrator
- Organize samples into categories for easy reference during key meetings and working sessions

- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Adhere to our four-days-in-office approach
- Commit to the entire 10 weeks of the program
- Preferred GPA at or above 3.2
- Authorization for employment in the United States
