Lenovo is looking to solve issues related to the system deployment, daily operations, and maintenance of their Smart manufacturing software products, requiring analysis of business needs, fault handling, and solution delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the design and operation and maintenance of MES system requirements, solid computer foundation, understanding of the underlying concepts and principles of computer networks and operating systems, and familiar with database related knowledge, proficient in SQL language is required.
- Proficient in MES related products and business; Familiar with factory automation, manufacturing industrial software, real-time database, ERP system, etc.
- Understand the process of product planning, documenting requirements, function design, deployment, maintenance, etc., understand the development platform and tools, and master at least one product prototyping tool.
- Familiar with the implementation methods of system application construction and operation and maintenance guarantee, and master the installation, configuration management and maintenance of common software such as servers, caches, message middleware.
- Familiar with Linux, PostgreSQL, computer network and other technologies is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the system deployment, daily operations, and maintenance of Lenovo Smart manufacturing software products.
- Responsible for the sorting of requirements, reasonable analysis of business needs and coordination of developers to carry out design and development tasks.
- Responsible for the production change and fault analysis and handling of the system.
- Responsible for business solution concepts, user stories, test case input, business case (ROI value), also includes functional testing, on-line support, and system function business training, instruction manual or other documents as well.
- Deliver solutions which specify processes, technology, staffing, and project management required for implementation.
- Understand the process of product planning, documenting requirements, function design, deployment, maintenance, etc., understand the development platform and tools, and master at least one product prototyping tool.
- Familiar with the implementation methods of system application construction and operation and maintenance guarantee, and master the installation, configuration management and maintenance of common software such as servers, caches, message middleware.

- Strong learning communication and teamwork skills, able to work under pressure, good self-learning ability and independent problem-solving skills, rigorous work attitude and high-quality awareness.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, excellent PPT skills, Chinese is preferred.
