Corle Building Systems needs a Metal Buildings Systems Software Technician to manage, maintain, and improve their Metal Building Software system and associated applications, ensuring smooth operation for internal staff and external builders.
Requirements
- Basic computer literacy along with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary and assist in the implementation of product enhancements and integration into existing software systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade MBS and associated applications on workstations and the MBS network server as needed
- Maintain our MBS Terminal server that some of our Authorized Builders connect to and run MBS
- Maintain, backup and refine the Metal Building Software system
- Receive and process enhancement requests/trouble calls from Corle staff and Corle Authorized Builders using our MBS Dealer Software, this includes telephone and remote support using GoTo Assist
- Perform troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose and resolve problems and errors as reported
- Provide MBS orientation and training to new employees
- Provide MBS users with technical support

- This position WILL REQUIRE relocation to Imler, Pennsylvania or the surrounding area. This position is required to work out of our Imler, Pennsylvania location. There is no option for this position to be remote or offsite
- Eligible candidate will be required to work Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
