Arconic is looking for Metallurgical Engineering Interns to join their Rolled Products North America team in Davenport, IA, to support the engineering groups and complete projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Sciences, or Engineering with a focus/specialization in Materials or Material Sciences.
- This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Prior work experience
Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist Engineering groups throughout the Plant.
- Researches and completes projects as assigned.
- Experience hands-on learning through real-world electrical systems.
- Develop a mid-summer presentation to include project findings and solutions to teams across the organization.
