The company is looking to develop and apply its digital strategy to manufacturing operations, requiring the development, implementation, and support of HMI and SCADA software solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable in both Java and Python object-oriented programming languages
- Experience with Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform is a plus
- Ability to create SQL queries for data analysis and debugging
Responsibilities
- Develop new and maintain existing automation applications based on Inductive Automation’s Ignition platform
- Support manufacturing operations by investigating and solving application issues involving process data collection and integrations with other systems
- Participate in multiple projects ranging from enhancements to existing applications to new equipment introduction
- Create and maintain documentation that outlines the design and maintenance of new and existing automation applications
- Perform unit, integration, and validation testing both independently and with other teams

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience or Master’s degree and 0-2 years’ equivalent experience
