Leads enterprise generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) initiatives, overseeing teams that explore, build and deploy advanced AI tools and use cases to drive cross-functional innovation and automation
Requirements
- Proven experience in artificial intelligence / machine learning (AI/ML) model development, natural language processing, or generative AI
- Strong expertise in model evaluation, deployment and integration into business workflows
- Familiarity with cross-functional AI applications and enterprise-scale deployment considerations
Responsibilities
- Oversee the exploration, development and deployment of generative AI models and tools to create enterprise-wide solutions
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, ethical standards and data security policies
- Oversee network upgrades, patches and lifecycle management for all network devices
- Monitor AI solution adoption, performance, and business impact, recommending enhancements as appropriate
Other
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI/data science team, fostering innovation, best practices and continuous learning
- Partner with business, technology, and data teams to identify use cases and define success metrics for AI initiatives
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field
- Five (5) years’ experience in data science or analytics roles
- Strategic mindset to identify high-impact generative AI opportunities and translate them into actionable solutions
