BCU is looking to solve the problem of profitable growth of assigned product categories (Mortgage and Home Equity) by analyzing the competitive landscape, conducting portfolio reviews, and uncovering opportunities to elevate product performance and enrich the member experience.
Requirements
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems to inform strategy and collaboration.
- Solid project leadership/management and organizational skills.
- Superior financial analytical skills (quantitative/qualitative); demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis to support new product and promotional pricing recommendations;
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creative and proactive mindset, with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear lines of communication with internal and external partners, and business line management.
- Minimum of 5 years of related business experience with preferred Mortgage experience
Responsibilities
- Research, summarize and analyze competitive environment to determine industry best practices and market growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing to strategize campaigns and identify the most effective communication channels (digital ads, email, direct mail, etc.) to attract new members and strengthen retention.
- Identify gaps where new product development should be pursued and develop execution strategy for those with highest growth potential.
- Perform analysis and develop proposals for product changes and/or introductions to appropriate BCU committees.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaign planning and provide support through review, quality assurance, and proofing of materials.
- Develop business cases to evaluate and recommend investment in new channels and lead sources, ensuring decisions are supported by competitive insights, portfolio analysis, and growth objectives.
