Requirements
- 7+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, .NET C-Sharp, TypeScript, Angular, JavaScript.
- Experience leading Agile teams with 5+ direct reports in a management role. Minimum 3+ years of experience managing engineers.
- Specialization in backend API and frontend design, artistic attitude or passionate about user experience.
- Experience with Agile principles.
- Experience working with international teams in various time-zones.
- Coding experience in languages including, but not limited to, .NET C-Sharp, TypeScript, Angular, JavaScript.
- Experience with AI technologies and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, coach, and grow a team of diverse, talented engineers who deliver world-class services in high-pressure situations, leveraging advanced AI tools and frameworks to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Work closely with other engineering and research teams to ensure services and systems are highly stable and performant, utilizing AI-driven analytics and monitoring solutions to meet the expectations of internal and external customers.
- Develop the next generation of platform in Angular, AWS and Microsoft Tech Stack, incorporating AI frameworks and automation.
- Direct supervision of an engineering team and working with colleagues across the globe, promoting the adoption of AI-enabled collaboration and productivity tools.
- Meet regularly with other engineering managers to drive communication, transparency, and platform deliveries across the engineering organization, fostering best practices in the use of AI-powered development and project management frameworks.
- Perform regular code and architectural reviews for your teams and other teams to ensure technical accuracy and engineering best practices, and leverage AI-assisted code review tools as opportunities for coaching.
- Participate in tactical and strategic discussions on the direction of the engineering organization, including evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
