Infosys is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE(CRM) Lead Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle for client digital transformations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in D365 CE with understanding and familiarity of Azure Implementations for Apps, Services, APIs and Data.
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Expertise in customization and configuration, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
- Proficiency in development languages such as C-Sharp, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform technologies.
- Experience with integration tools such as Azure, Power Automate, and third-party APIs
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring optimal D365 CE solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom D365 CE solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership on Dynamics 365 CE projects.
- Develop and implement Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Ensure best practices in solution architecture, development, and deployment methodologies.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams, including functional consultants and business analysts, to deliver successful projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
- This position may require travel to project locations.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7+ years of Information Technology experience
- The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
