Infosys is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE(CRM) Lead Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle for client digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in D365 CE with understanding and familiarity of Azure Implementations for Apps, Services, APIs and Data.
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- Expertise in customization and configuration, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
- Proficiency in development languages such as C-Sharp, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform technologies.
- Experience with integration tools such as Azure, Power Automate, and third-party APIs
Responsibilities
- interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design
- play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts
- deliver high quality code deliverables for a module
- lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring optimal D365 CE solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom D365 CE solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Develop and implement Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
- This position may require travel to project locations.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
