Infosys is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE(CRM) Lead Developer to interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of Information Technology experience
- 4+ years of experience in D365 CE with understanding and familiarity of Azure Implementations for Apps, Services, APIs and Data
- Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
- Expertise in customization and configuration, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities
- Proficiency in development languages such as C-Sharp, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform technologies
- Experience with integration tools such as Azure, Power Automate, and third-party APIs
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring optimal D365 CE solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy custom D365 CE solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations
- Provide technical leadership on Dynamics 365 CE projects
- Develop and implement Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Ensure best practices in solution architecture, development, and deployment methodologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth system operations

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area
- Travel may be required as per the job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
