South Jersey Industries (SJI) needs to improve business processes and overall business efficiency through development, configuration, and application administration within the ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 platforms.
Requirements
- Experience with XML, JavaScript, and/or Boolean logic
- Understanding of ITIL v4, specifically ITSM
- ServiceNow or Microsoft 365 experience
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems within the ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 platform.
- Automation and improvement of processes in ServiceNow and Microsoft 365.
- Learn Collaboration and Productivity Services processes and procedures and document them in the operational knowledge base.
- Build out the Service Catalog with forms, workflows, and notifications.
- Manage tickets in the ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 queue and ensure all operational work is completed
- Turn enhancement requests into technical blueprints for development
- Develop custom solutions using ServiceNow and Microsoft 365 to help SJI automate processes
