Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a Mid-Level Air Vehicle Engineering Manager to lead the USAF E-7 Structures team in Oklahoma City, OK, to ensure the successful integration of air vehicle technical requirements, certification strategies, and cost and schedule management through Earned Value Management (EVM).
Requirements
- Experience with airplane structural design and analysis.
- Familiarity with aerospace certification standards and processes.
- Experience conducting and sponsoring technical evaluations and delivering pragmatic engineering solutions that balance safety, performance, schedule, and cost.
- EVM.
- Experience with Non-Recurring Product Development (NRPD).

Other
- Bachelor of Science from an accredited course of study, in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- 5+ years of experience as a manager leading engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to boards, regulators, and senior customers.
- Ability to support operations and team in 24/7 environment.
- U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.
