Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a Mid-Level Air Vehicle Engineering Manager to lead the USAF E-7 Structures team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is critical in ensuring the successful integration of air vehicle technical requirements, certification strategies, and cost and schedule management through Earned Value Management (EVM).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a manager leading engineering teams.
- Experience with airplane structural design and analysis.
- Familiarity with aerospace certification standards and processes.
- Experience conducting and sponsoring technical evaluations and delivering pragmatic engineering solutions that balance safety, performance, schedule, and cost.
- EVM.
- Experience with Non-Recurring Product Development (NRPD).
- Master of Science in an engineering discipline.
