The company is looking to expand its Engineering team in Brazil with highly talented and driven software engineers to deliver working code that solves real problems for both internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Technical expertise with at least one programming language (Kotlin and/or Ruby)
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres)
- Experience with React on the frontend
- Experience with Kotlin microservices
- Experience with CI/CD tools (CIrcleCI and Spinnaker)
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Python
Responsibilities
- Design solutions to business problems and contribute to an architectural vision
- Ship working code using React on the frontend and Kotlin microservices with Postgres on the backend
- Deploy and iterate using CIrcleCI and Spinnaker for CI/CD
- Build competency by learning quickly and building market-leading technology
- Carefully monitor services, catch errors, diagnose root causes and deploy fixes
Other
- 3+ years of experience working at a similar level in a mature Engineering team
- Degree in a STEM subject (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of making a demonstrable impact in previous roles
- Highly driven and proactive with an obsessive attention to detail
- Current resident of Brazil
