Boeing is looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Developer to develop, deploy, and maintain the pipeline for their next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application, which is critical for future enterprise success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Linux OS Proficiency; RHEL specific skill, command line mastery, shell scripting, RPM packaging, Apache/tomcat, network protocols and tracing
- 3+ years of experience with AWS; EC2 build, deploy, and maintenance, Route53 configuration, ASG, ALB, IAM roles and profiles
- 3+ years of experience with ansible including playbooks, ansible-pull, and roles
- 3+ years of experience with GitLab including branch management, pipelining, merging and conflict resolution
- 3+ years of experience with Cyber security; Eg (red team, pen/penetration testing, Splunk, SANS, MITRE, SOC, compliance)
- 3+ years of experience with troubleshooting infrastructure issues with the ability to connect the dots between system behavior, log files, and application components to determine the root cause of system issues
- Experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation
- Experience with Python language skills; create, interpret, and implement Python code
- Experience with Go language skills; create, interpret, and implement Go code
- Experience with Docker basic components such as client, image, and containers
Responsibilities
- Connects the dots between system behavior, log files, and application components to determine the root cause of system issues
- Engages with our information security compliance team to be proactive in addressing compliance issues
- Collaborates with Developers to deliver the solutions of highest quality for complex Statement of Works (SOWs)
- Develops and builds Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) environments
- Participates in root cause analysis for infrastructure issues as needed
- Participates in development and design of infrastructure operations pipeline in support of a global development team
