Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of experience as an Interior Designer
- Excellent technical and design skills
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Engage in the design process developing ideas, establishing design direction, and developing options that achieve programmatic goals
- Take ownership of specific tasks or project components and lead individuals and teams in design development
- Direct and develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team
- Manage construction delivery and work independently to respond to RFI’s, review submittals, complete site visits and prepare field reports
Other
- Hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 24 hours a week
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based approach
- Strong communication and presentation skills for client and municipal meetings
