The Boeing Company is looking to solve issues related to quality management systems, specifically focusing on Material Review Board (MRB) processes and inventory management within their manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 3+ years of experience in the application of AS9100
- 3+ years of experience in quality auditing and/or inspection
- Experience in leading or managing projects and teams
- Experience with Enterprise Standard Gated Process (EGSP)
- 1+ year of experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) experience (i.e. AS9102)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
Responsibilities
- Integrates contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements specifically tailored to Material Review Board (MRB) processes and inventory management into all aspects of proposals and program documentation.
- Provides expert interpretation of complex quality requirements related to inventory control and MRB activities, ensuring clarity and compliance across teams.
- Establishes quality metrics and develops design and production certification plans for large programs, focusing on compliance with contractual, company, and regulatory requirements in inventory management and MRB processes.
- Formulates quality criteria to support supplier selection activities, ensuring that suppliers meet the necessary standards for inventory quality and MRB compliance.
- Facilitates various reviews to ensure that quality attributes are effectively incorporated into product designs, with a focus on inventory implications and MRB considerations. Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing, and audits to ensure readiness for manufacturing and testing.
- Assists in the development of new standard repair procedures for non-conformances identified in inventory and MRB processes, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- Conducts analysis of non-conformance trends related to inventory and MRB issues to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions. Develops and implements necessary corrective actions to mitigate future occurrences.

- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
