At Boeing, the business problem is to design and develop core ServiceNow capabilities in accordance with client requirements, supporting Corporate Functions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in at least one ServiceNow product (ITSM, ITBM, GRC, CRM)
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and a development method
- 3+ years of experience with web hosted applications, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations
- Experience designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards
- Experience in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Current Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNow
- Follow industry standards, collaborate with the existing internal ServiceNow team (and customers) on activities and development projects
- Develop efforts will include (but are not limited to) custom portal pages, modules, API and software integrations, customized web pages, User interface policies, scripts, etc.
- Participate in administration of ServiceNow to include upgrades, updates, etc.
- Maintain technical expertise relevant industry standards and best practices in ServiceNow
- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints
- Develop creative technical solutions to complex problems

- Current Certified Systems Admin or other ServiceNow certifications
