Amentum is seeking a Mid MASINT Analyst to support the USSPACECOM program in Colorado Springs, CO, to analyze and provide intelligence products on foreign space and counterspace systems.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least four years of experience within the last 2 years.
- An additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 12 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Exploits and transform collected measurement and signatures data and information into intelligence products.
- Conducts analysis of measurement and signatures data including, but not limited to, acoustic, infrasound, seismic, and effluents along with their interaction with matter, terrestrial, atmospheric and exo-atmospheric.
- Provides finished, all-source intelligence products to senior-level military, and civilian personnel, to assess, analyze, develop, coordinate, and publish USSPACECOM Intelligence products on the infrastructure, systems, components, employment, and vulnerabilities of all foreign space and counterspace systems.
- Provides daily written, verbal, and visually represented all-source analytic support to the USSPACECOM Commander and customers across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) on foreign space capabilities including, but not limited to, foreign adversary space doctrine, strategy, communications and collections, vulnerabilities, platforms, assembly and launch capabilities, weapons, dual-use systems and technologies, and emerging space technologies.
- Identifies emerging threats and provide opportunities to counter adversaries within USSPACECOM's area of responsibility (AOR) for the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE).
Other
- Must possess a Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
