CACI is seeking Mission Solutions SAFe Agile Engineers to support junior developers, take direction from leadership, and work problems in accordance with estimated schedules. The role involves understanding design, code, and test standards, and communicating effectively, especially when issues arise. The engineer will learn about cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and the evolving COTS that comprise the DevOps pipeline.
Requirements
- Novice, Intermediate, or Advanced developer in C, C++, Java, and Python.
- Familiarity with the cloud concepts of Infrastructure-, Platform-, and Software-as-a-Service
- Familiarity with the ever-evolving COTS that comprise the DevOps pipeline.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Teams training and a SAFe Practitioner certification.
- Find, Fix, Target, Engage, and Assess (F2T2EA) dynamic targeting process
- Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (OODA) loop approach to decision-making
- Task, Collect, Process, Exploit, and Disseminate (TCPED) process for operations and intelligence planners to synchronize resources
Responsibilities
- Defining and Implementing solutions
- Create User and Enabler Stories in the Team Backlog through elaboration (“As a…”, “I want to…”, “So that…”) and generation of Acceptance Criteria (“Given…”, “When…”, “Then…”) to aid in your design.
- Using your coding skills, develop a system that satisfies your approach using your DevOps Pipeline.
- The Pipeline builds, tests, measures, and packages your solution in a container for deployment.
- Your teams has all the skills necessary to create the elements of the solution.
- Support the Program Increment Planning to understand the larger view.
- Perform Team Planning on the next short increment of value.
