Responsibilities
Architect & implement improvements to mission test & analysis pipelines to increase velocity of engineering design iteration and drive down cycle time
Perform workflow analysis across the engineering team and implement streamlining solutions
Construct & adapt data input structures to improve the ability to simulate different vehicle configurations and mission baselines simultaneously
Improve simulation capabilities to increase fidelity of software in the loop simulation
Implement analysis products to organize and visualize data created from analysis tools and software in the loop simulation
Implement automated constraint checking to rapidly flag issues across sim environments
Interface with other software disciplines across the company to define, architect and build interfaces to flight and ground software systems

Bachelor's degree in an engineering, physics, math or related discipline or 3+ years professional experience
Minimum 2 years of experience
Good communication skills
Ability to learn a system, gather stakeholder needs, and execute solutions independently
Willingness to iterate and adapt implementation to changing needs
U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
