iCapital's AI/ML team is developing cutting-edge solutions to establish a unique competitive edge for the firm by leveraging pre-trained LLMs, working with large datasets, selecting appropriate algorithms and techniques, training or fine-tuning models to achieve optimal performance, and deploying and monitoring model performance in production.
Requirements
- Experience with machine learning and application development
- Possesses a solid understanding of Agile development, object-oriented design, and programming languages
- Able to provide code examples of production ready code
- Experienced in Python
- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Working with data scientists and other ML engineers on projects that apply cutting edge AI/ML solutions to business problems.
- Implementing ML service layer in production and deploy to our cloud infrastructure.
- Participating in data processing, model training, testing, evaluation, and monitoring with ML models.

- A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
- Must be available to work the duration of the program from June 7th through August 8th to be eligible
- Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship
