Requirements
- Proficiency in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models
- Experience with data mining, information retrieval, and statistical modeling techniques
- Knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and evaluation methodologies
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable ML or analytics solutions
- Experience working in high-scale data environments such as eCommerce, marketing technology, or fintech
- Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure) and MLOps practices (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, training, and deployment of machine learning models for real-time personalization across Autodesk’s eCommerce ecosystem
- Collaborate with product managers and experience designers to define personalization strategies and implementation methods
- Translate business pain points into scalable ML or analytics solutions that enhance user engagement and conversion
- Partner with the MLOps team to productionize models, ensuring high-performance real-time inference
- Develop and maintain experimentation frameworks; run A/B tests to measure impact on key metrics such as CTR, bounce rate, and add-to-cart rate
- Build models that are scalable across multiple product categories, including third-party integrations within Autodesk’s marketplace
- Contribute to a data-driven culture by leading initiatives in segmentation, recommendation systems, forecasting, churn prediction, and product analytics
Other
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data analytics, or related roles
- Background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Advanced degree is preferred but not required; equivalent industry experience is highly valued
