Skylar is looking to improve its automation and analytics capabilities using machine learning
Requirements
- Strong in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with data version control (DVC) and feature stores
- Proficiency in Go Lang and/or Python with a proven ability to write efficient, production-ready code
- Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with data processing and pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Airflow, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models to improve Skylar’s automation and analytics capabilities
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to identify opportunities to enhance the product using machine learning
- Build and optimize scalable data pipelines for training and deploying machine learning models
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Go Lang and/or Python for ML model integration and backend services
- Implement and monitor machine learning workflows to ensure robust performance and address challenges like model drift
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply them to real-world use cases
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards in all machine learning applications
Other
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing machine learning solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams
- Can sit 100% remote anywhere in the United States
- Intermediate Level experience
