Autodesk is looking to enhance its eCommerce platforms by leveraging data insights to improve customer engagement, optimize sales cycles, and increase overall platform performance through advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading technical project strategy, machine learning design, and optimizing industry-scale ML infrastructure
- 5+ years of experience with software design, architecture, testing, and launching products
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with data mining and information retrieval
- Experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and financial modeling
- Proven ability to translate data insights into impactful business strategies
Responsibilities
- Identify, design, prototype, and build scalable end-to-end machine learning pipelines to enhance Autodesk’s eCommerce personalization capabilities
- Develop and implement robust experimentation frameworks to facilitate rapid iteration while maintaining scientific rigor
- Analyze data and ML model outputs to craft compelling stories and provide logical, actionable recommendations
- Promote a data-driven culture by evangelizing best practices and shaping the direction of key data science initiatives such as segmentation, recommendation systems, forecasting, and churn prediction
- Partner with cross-functional teams to initiate, lead, and complete large-scale strategic projects aligned with business goals
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership, helping prioritize projects, scope initiatives, and advocate for data-driven decision-making
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, assisting with project planning, technical decisions, and code reviews
