Responsibilities
- Partner with key engineering leads/stakeholders, contribute to ML System Roadmap by program managing projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
- Lead development and landing of next-gen ML Systems through New Product Introduction (NPI) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) process from Concept to Production and Sustaining.
- Drive a portfolio of tracks to make direct and measurable impact on customer adoption.
- Partner with engineering leads and cross-functional teams to ensure that organization-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are set and reflect top-level strategy as well as ensure projects are effectively prioritized, resourced, and managed.
- Engage with executives and cross-functional leaders to strategize and drive ML Hardware (HW)/System roadmap.
- use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
- work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
