Midland Mortgage, a Division of MidFirst Bank, needs a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to provide valuable reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives and help determine the future reporting direction.
Requirements
- WebFOCUS / FOCUS
- Business intelligence / data warehouse concepts
- SQL Server / relational databases
- HTML / CSS
- Microsoft Access / Microsoft Excel using Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- JavaScript
- In-depth knowledge of BI and reporting concepts and techniques
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain BI reporting to support business requirements
- Collaborate with business users and managers to discover reporting needs and develop solutions
- Generate insight to enable leaders to quickly and accurately see how the business and processes are performing
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of multiple business processes and directions
- Analyze data for anomalies, accuracy, and applicability to business unit requests
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
- At least 1 year of applicable work experience
