Carnival Cruise Line is looking to enhance the guest experience and streamline operations through the development of new features and improvements within their mobile applications (Hub iOS/Android app). This involves working on UI enhancements, performance optimizations, and integrating APIs to support real-time guest experiences, ultimately influencing the mobile experience of thousands of guests.
Requirements
- Interns will be provided with a company-issued laptop and will need reliable internet when working remotely.
- Strong foundation in Swift/Kotlin, SwiftUI/Jetpack Compose and iOS/Android frameworks; problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with Xcode/Android Studio, SwiftUI/Jetpack Compose, Git, and RESTful APIs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and testing new iOS features using Swift and SwiftUI or Android features using Jetpack Compose and Kotlin.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement intuitive user interfaces.
- Debug and resolve issues to improve app stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies.
- Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support integration of RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Hybrid program based in Miami, Florida.
- Students must be available for the entire duration of the program (May – August 2026) and willing to work a hybrid schedule.
- Juniors, seniors, and graduate students are preferred for the program.
