Medtronic is seeking to maintain and advance mobile device technologies within the Neuromodulation/Pelvic Health space, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation in a highly regulated environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a technically related field.
- Min of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a min of 3 years prior relevant experience.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading projects/programs to completion.
- Experience working within medical device product development (specifically SW development), or other highly regulated environment.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) product management.
- Excellent downward, lateral, and upward communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and advancing mobile device technologies within the Neuromodulation/Pelvic Health space.
- Overseeing projects and leading a team to achieve strategic and operational goals.
- Mentoring, coaching, and developing staff, setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and managing talent to meet departmental objectives.
- Planning and implementing all aspects of mobile device management across the lifecycle.
- Creating and maintaining MDM tools such as Operating System and Sentinel EMS deployments, ensuring tool availability, and resolving issues.
- Defining and implementing MDM processes aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Managing vendor relationships including KPIs, collaborating with product development for integration of new hardware/software.

- Must be able to work onsite 4 days a week.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient function operation.
- Act as a liaison between project teams.
- Drive process awareness and manage an offshore extended team.
