Hanscom Federal Credit Union is looking to enhance its digital offerings by hiring a Mobile Product Owner/Scrum Master to improve member services and product development within the Digital Strategy Department.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years as an agile product owner (mobile application product management experience preferred).
- A clear understanding of agile SCRUM methodologies.
- Azure DevOps experience a plus.
- Product owner or scrum master certification(s) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product roadmap and requirements.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Identify and remove obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown charts, to ensure timely delivery of sprints.

- Must be able to perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.
- Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management.
